DEAD FACE

A young woman is given one rule after being hired by an elderly lady. “Never check on my husband and ignore the noise!”
Why the need for help. She thinks.

A week into her new job she hears a growl and a chain drag across the floor.
Curiosity turns a blind eye to the rules.
A want and need to see what could be behind the door.

She opens the basement door.
"Hello?"  She calls down.
Walking down the wooden steps.
"I won't hurt you."
She walks over to a dark mass moving in the corner.
The old lady appears behind her.
Smeared on her dead face is a huge lipstick smile like clown. Evil illuminates from her. The two women stare at each. A growl from behind the young girl makes her tremble. She turns around to see what use to be an old man, now a complete monster. Chained to the wall. He wears a black cloak, covering his yellow skin. Black eyes void of emotion. He opens his mouth to expose sharpened teeth. Black talons grab her around the ankle. The last thing the young woman sees, is the old lady walking up the stairs ignoring her pleas for help. The basement door closes and locks.

Broken nails rip her skin apart. Fangs dig a hole deep in her throat feeding on her youth. It's demonic laugh echo's through the house.
The old woman stands in the mirror smearing lipstick all over her face.

"The young just abuse their time and never take any advice." she mumbles.
